Every booking becomes a project

When a client books, or you start the job yourself, the project holds the property, the client, the services and the details that make the shoot different. One project page carries the brief, services, crew, edits and invoice from the first call to the final file. You can add project codes, notes and job chats, schedule crews and your own editors, and keep floor plans, video and 3D tours beside the photos.

A delivery page in your name

Clients open a delivery page in your name, with photos sized for print and MLS, video, floor plans and the invoice. It is one link, with no sign-in needed. Clients can download everything, or the MLS size. The page carries your logo and colours, and Premium plans add your own domain. Exteriors, interiors, drone, video, floor plans and 3D tours land in one delivery.

The MLS size download is a JPEG, 2,048 pixels on the long edge. When you press Send, now or at a time you choose, each person you pick gets an email with a button to the delivery page, and a text if they have turned texts on.

Downloads unlock when the invoice is paid

Downloads unlock when the invoice is paid, so the handoff and the payment happen in the same place. Invoices are paid by card through your own Stripe, Square, GoDaddy Payments or Wave account, and the money goes straight to you. Be Luxury Media takes 0% of your clients' payments. Its terms say the processor handles the payment directly with your client, and Be Luxury Media does not hold your money.
