A real estate photo editing workflow inside every project

Be Luxury Media puts a full photo editor inside each project, so the shoot, the edits, the delivery and the invoice stay together. The editor is called RE-Creative Studio, and your own editors work in the same place. Be Luxury Media is software you run your media business on, not a photo editing service.

Edit without leaving the project

RE-Creative Studio is a full photo editor built in, with light, colour, layers and masks, and the whole shoot in the filmstrip. Edits are saved as layers you can undo. You can see before and after with one tap. Because it sits inside the project, the edited set is in the same place as the brief, the crew and the invoice.

RE-Creative Studio opens JPEG, PNG and WebP photos. You can save a copy as JPEG, PNG or WebP, or download a layered PSD, and save your light and colour settings as a Look to reuse on other photos.

Send the rest to your own editors

You can send the rest of the set to your own editors. Editors have their own sign-in and see the editing jobs a business sends them. Each person on the team gets just what they need. The Free photographer plan includes 1 editor of your own; Pro and Premium include unlimited editors of your own.

When your own editor marks a job done, you get an email, and a text if texts are on. You mark each file approved or ask for changes, and the editor is told when you ask for changes. Approved files go to the client's gallery.

Clients can order video edits

Clients can order video edits on the photographer plans and on Studio Premium.

If you switch it on in Settings, your clients can order a video edit from their portal. The order appears on your Editing list. You edit it yourself or pass it to your own editor, and the client is emailed when the finished video is ready.

Keep RAW files where they are

Your RAW files can stay in your own Google Drive. The terms say RAW files kept in your own Google Drive do not count toward your storage. If you need more room, you can add 25 GB of storage on any plan.

Connect your Google Drive and RAW files you drop on a project upload straight into a folder for that project in your own Drive, and they do not count toward your storage. When you send the job to an editor, that folder is shared with them. RE-Creative Studio works on JPEG, PNG and WebP, not RAW.

From edit to delivery

Once the edits are done, the finished media, the invoice and the delivery reach the client as one experience. Clients open a delivery page in your name with photos sized for print and MLS, and downloads unlock when the invoice is paid. At the end, you keep a record of the work and what your team earned on it.

Studios: pay periods for the people who edit

Studio Pro and Studio Premium include Managers, crews and pay periods. Pay periods add themselves up.

You set what you pay each of your own editors: a price per photo and a price per video type.
